I'm a problem solver who likes to approach projects from unique points of view. Perhaps because I started as an artist, I find beauty and inspiration in things that many would overlook (don't get me started on piles of dirt). I have been in the creative field for more than 20 years and it is infused in everything I do. I believe in timeless design, ideas that aren't necessarily hip to the latest trend, but have a lasting relevance. I have found that lasting relevance is one of the best ways to create environmentally sustainable designs. I am the first to admit that I don't know everything, which has served me well when working with others, because I am always open to other people's point of view. Even when I have a large amount of knowledge about something, I still try to approach the project from a perspective of freshness. This allows me to come up with ideas that are sometimes squelched by "knowing" how something works or doesn't work. I don't believe something can't be done. It's just a matter of looking at how it can be done.
